We want you to buy FilmBench only once you know it works for you, which is why there is a 30-day free trial and a money-back guarantee. If it turns out not to fit your setup, getting your money back is easy, and here is exactly how.

Summary
If FilmBench does not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your licence. Orders and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our sales.
Try before you buy
FilmBench has a free tier so you can confirm it runs on your machine and connects to your camera before paying. Please use it to check compatibility with your specific camera and system. This is the best way to avoid needing a refund at all.
14-day money-back guarantee
Within 14 days of your purchase you may request a full refund for any reason. We would appreciate a short note on what did not work so we can improve, but it is not required.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase, with your Paddle order or receipt number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within a few business days. You can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they emailed you.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered case-by-case at our discretion. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of licence abuse, such as sharing or attempting to circumvent activation. See our Terms & Conditions.
